Tyler Toffoli lights lamp in Saturday's loss to Hurricanes

by Chris Schommer | Jets Correspondent | Sun, Nov 27th 2:01pm EST

Tyler Toffoli was able to light the lamp for the Flames Saturday afternoon, scoring one goal in a 3-2 loss to the Hurricanes.

Fantasy Impact:

Toffoli snapped a five-game scoring drought with a second period game-tying goal to make it 2-2 for the Flames as the offensively challenged club fights through a three-game winless stretch. The 30-year-old has always flashed a nose for the net and ability to score goals in bunches and continues to be a low-cost option for fantasy owners in need of some depth production. Toffoli has scored seven goals and added seven assists for 14 points in 21 games so far this season.
