Derek Grant earned his seventh assist and scored his fourth goal of the year in Friday's 3-1 win over the Flames.

Grant has just 11 points in 30 games this year, which is shocking considering he has four points in the past week. Just another example of the volatility and randomness that occurs in the sport of hockey. As for Grant, he offers little to no offensive upside, and can be left on the waiver wire in all formats.
