Valeri Nichushkin tallied one assist Wednesday night in an Avalanche' 5-2 loss to the Penguins.

Nichushkin has been strong in the offensive zone of late for the Avalanche, notching points in 12 of his last 15 games (six goals, 14 assists) for the club.
