by Chris Schommer | Red Wings Correspondent | Sat, Feb 17th 3:23pm EST

J.T. Compher was able to light the lamp for the Red Wings Thursday night, scoring the team's lone goal in a 4-1 loss to the Canucks.

Fantasy Impact:

Compher continues a strong stretch in the offensive zone of late, picking up points in seven of his last nine games (three goals, four assists) for the Red Wings. The winger is one of many reliable two-way forward options in the Detroit lineup for head coach Derek Lalonde, recording 31 points (12 goals, 19 assists) to go along with 30 hits in 48 games so far this season.
