Luukkonen stopped 28 of 31 shots in Friday's 4-3 win over the Predators.

Luukkonen continues to handle a heavy workload, appearing in 10 of Buffalo's last 13 games while delivering respectable results. He's now 6-3-1 in January with a 3.00 GAA and .897 save percentage, securing wins in three of his last four starts. While his season-long numbers (2.97 GAA, .898 SV% in 37 games) remain average, his volume makes him a viable fantasy option in leagues that reward saves. He remains Buffalo’s clear No. 1 netminder for the time being.
