Bryan Rust notched one assist in the Penguins' 4-3 loss to the Maple Leafs Monday night.

Rust has heated up in the offensive zone of late, recording points in six of his last seven games (four goals, five assists) for the Penguins. The 33-year-old continues to offer first-year head coach Dan Muse a stable offensive option as part of a productive Pittsburgh lineup to begin the season.
