John Tavares tallied one assist in the Maple Leafs' 6-3 win over the Penguins Tuesday night.

Tavares has fought consistency issues in the offensive zone of late, picking up points in three of his last eight games (one goal, two assists) for the Maple Leafs. The center remains one of the more reliable offensive options as part of an inconsistent Toronto lineup for head coach Craig Berube, tallying 32 points (14 goals, 18 assists) in 36 games so far this season.
