Brock Nelson was able to find the back of the net for the Avalanche Friday night, scoring two goals in a 7-3 loss to the Predators.

Nelson continues a scorching stretch in the offensive zone, recording points in nine of his last 10 games (nine goals, five assists) for the Avalanche. The veteran center continues to offer head coach Jared Bednar one of many productive offensive options in the Colorado lineup, picking up 40 points (24 goals, 16 assists) in 46 games so far this season.
