Brock Nelson notched one assist in an Avalanche' 5-2 win over the Capitals Monday.

Nelson continues a dynamic stretch in the offensive zone, recording points in 10 of his last 11 games (10 goals, six assists) for the Avalanche. The 34-year-old continues to provide head coach Jared Bednar with one of many impactful offensive options as part of a high-powered Colorado lineup, registering 41 points (24 goals, 17 assists) in 47 games so far this season.
