Sam Bennett was able to find the back of the net for the Panthers Thursday night, scoring one goal in a 2-1 win over the Jets.

Bennett has offered mixed results in the offensive zone of late, notching points in four of his last seven games (four goals, four assists) for the Panthers. The 29-year-old remains an imposing, two-way forward option in the Florida lineup for head coach Paul Maurice, recording 39 points (18 goals, 21 assists) in 49 games so far this season.
