Logan Couture scored the game-tying goal for the Sharks with 1:01 remaining in the third period to force OT in Game Three against St. Louis.
Couture came to the rescue with a late game-tying goal for the Sharks as they were almost going to fall behind two games to one against the St. Louis Blues in the Western Conference Finals. Couture has had an awesome post-season so far with 14 goals, six assists, and a plus-eight rating through 17 games played.
Logan Couture scored two goals, including a short-handed goal, during San Jose’s 4-2 loss to St. Louis in Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals on Monday. Couture also had four shots-on-goal for the game.
Couture has been red hot to start this series, registering four goals and an assist over the first two games. He now has 13 goals and six assists in the postseason, good for 19 points and the overall points lead during the playoffs. Unfortunately for the Sharks, no one else found the back of the net on Tuesday, resulting in a split for San Jose at home heading into Game 3 on Wednesday in St. Louis.

Couture is enjoying an incredibly productive postseason to date, currently leading San Jose in goals (11) and points (17). Though his postseason shooting percentage is a bit bloated at this point at 22 percent, Couture should remain a goal-scoring presence for the Sharks for as long as they remain in the playoffs.

Couture had a huge night for the Sharks as he tallied three out of the four goals scored in their win against the Avalanche Tuesday. Couture has been red hot this post-season, compiling nine goals, three assists and owning a plus-three rating in ten games played so far. He will look to put his team in control of this series with another win in Game Four this Thursday night.
