Tuukka Rask surrendered four goals on 27 shots faced in a 6-2 Game 6 loss to the Islanders Wednesday. The last two goals scored by New York were empty-netters as the sealed the victory and eliminated the Bruins in six games during the second round of the playoffs.
Rask will wrap up this rather short post-season with a 6-4 record, 2.36 GAA, and 0.919 save percentage in 11 starts. It is unknown if the 34 year old will be back in Boston next season. Only time will tell.

Though Rask did allow four goals on the night, he was tested very often with 39 shots by a talented Islanders' offense. He buckled down in the third after a shaky second period but it would not be enough as he slipped up again in OT to Casey Cizikas. His record will fall to 5-2 with a 2.06 GAA and 0.930 save percentage in seven starts this post-season.
