Harold Varner earns T6 finish at The Players Championship

Harold Varner III carded rounds of 69-69-72-70 to finish eight-under-par en route to a T6 finish during The Players Championship.
Fantasy Impact:
Varner finally managed to finish inside the top ten after producing T16, T11, T32, and T22 finishes earlier in the season. The 31-year old American started strong, allowing him to remain inside the top ten on into the final round despite going even after the third round. Varner averages 4.74 birdies per round and is ranked 72nd in the FedExCup and 40th in OWGR.
