Scott Scheffler draws T2 finish at 2022 PGA Tour Championship

by Matthew MacKay | Tue, Aug 30th 2:26pm EDT

Scott Scheffler carded rounds of 65-66-66-73 to wind up drawing a final score of 20-under-par en route to a T2 finish at the 2022 PGA Tour Championship.

Fantasy Impact:

Scheffler appeared to have the FedExCup trophy on lock until a three-over meltdown on Sunday allowed Rory McIlroy to claim the top spot in the FedExCup standings. Scheffler was the breakout player of the year, winning four events and staying at No. 1 in the FedExCup for over 20 consecutive weeks. The 25-year-old American has some of the best touch around the green and will continue to dominate for years to come.
