January 21, 2013 — Las Vegas, NV — Marzen Media LLC (d/b/a FantasyPros) announced today that it has acquired a majority ownership stake in Pickemfirst LLC, a California based company that develops fantasy sports applications. The two parties have also agreed to a product marketing partnership to build innovative tools for the world’s leading fantasy sports sites. Further details of the transaction and partnership were not disclosed.
