Trevor Rosenthal needed just 12 pitches to strike out the side on Sunday against the Giants, closing the door on a 5-4 Padres victory.

Thus completes a fantastic season for the 30-year-old reliever. Rosenthal put up a very nice 1.90 ERA with a 0.85 WHIP and 11 saves between the Royals and Padres this summer. He'll enter postseason play as San Diego's ninth-inning man.
