The team did not specify what type of injury Moreland is dealing with, nor did they indicate whether he's been placed on the 10-day or COVID list. Moreland was in Oakland's starting lineup on Saturday but was scratched before his first at-bat. Manager Bob Melvin said he is dealing with a "non-baseball-associated subject."
