Travis Shaw returns to the Red Sox

Fantasy Impact:
Shaw is nearing a return from a dislocated shoulder before being designated for assignment by the Milwaukee Brewers last Friday. The 31-year-old returns to Boston after spending the first two seasons of his career with the Red Sox. He’s struggled in 2021, slashing .191/.279/.337 with six home runs, 28 RBI across 202 plate appearances with the Brewers. Shaw figures to see most of his playing time at first base with franchise cornerstone Rafael Devers locked in at third.
