Ike Davis placed on 15-day disabled list

Oakland has been forced to place Ike Davis on the 15-day disabled list with a Grade 2 strain in his quadricep. Outfielder Craig Gentry has been recalled from the minors. (Joe Stiglich on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Davis had been having a fairly productive season and was providing great value to owners who drafted him late or picked him up in free agency. The unproven Max Muncy will start in Davis' absence.
