Martin Prado moved to cleanup spot Wednesday

by Jonathan Ebanks | Thu, May 21st 1:20pm EDT

New Marlins manager Dan Jennings moved Martin Prado to the cleanup spot, while Marcell Ozuna was moved to second in the batting order before Wednesday's game against the Diamondbacks. Prado only managed one hit in four at-bats, though.

Fantasy Impact:

It's a puzzling move since Prado is the better contact hitter, but Ozuna has more power. Regardless, neither of them have played up to standard recently. Ozuna has a .210 average with three home runs and six RBI in his last 16 games, while Prado has a .248 average with just one homer and eight RBI in his last 24 outings. Look for Jennings to shake up the order soon if this continues even just a little longer.
