Feltner was struck in the head by a Nick Castellanos liner Saturday and has been diagnosed with a skull fracture as well as a concussion. Considering how scary the injury appeared to be initially, it's good news Feltner is at home resting while he was able to walk off the field under his own power before heading to the hospital for observation Saturday.
