Fantasy Impact:
Givens landed on the IL with left knee inflammation to start the season. The Orioles figure to use Givens in middle relief, which will likely leave him with limited fantasy value this season. Unless injuries happen to the high-leverage relievers in front of him, Givens can remain on the waiver wire.
