Julio Teheran continues inconsistent ways

After striking out 11 in his last start against the Dodgers, Julio Teheran gave up five runs in four innings against the Orioles on Tuesday.
Fantasy Impact:
Teheran has been wildly inconsistent in 2015, and at this point cannot be taken seriously in any format. While the upside of an 11 K gave versus the Dodgers is nice to dream upon, these starts are rare for Teheran who has been mostly terrible this season.
