Fantasy Impact:
Alvarado reportedly no longer has swelling in his left elbow and is felling good. However, he has not been cleared to throw and there does not appear to be a timetable, per Phillies’ manager Rob Thomson. Fantasy managers should expect Alvarado to continue to rest until the team doctors clear him to throw.
