Leonys Martin, who began the season as the Rangers' starting center fielder, has been sent down to Triple-A Round Rock. (www.mlb.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Martin had lost his starting spot to Delino DeShields, who has been far more productive in the lead off spot than Martin had been. Despite being an outstanding defender and leading the league with 13 outfield assists, he simply wasn't getting the job done at the plate.
