Colby Rasmus racks up 3 RBI in Sunday loss

Keeping to right field during Sunday afternoon's 5-4 series clinching loss to the Oakland Athletics, Colby Rasmus had a stellar day at the plate. He went 2-for-4 with a double and a three-run home run, his 14th of the year. He also tallied a ground out and a strikeout collectively in the game. Rasmus has made a nice jump in his average, up now to .238 on the season.
Fantasy Impact:
The late inning heroics of Rasmus were thwarted by his own team's bullpen. It must be a frustrating thing for the veteran outfielder, as he had one of his best plate days in a little while. Fantasy holders should keep a close eye on Rasmus, and invest if the opportunity presents itself.
