Amir Garrett inks minors deal with Giants

The veteran will get an invite to big-league spring training as part of the minors pact. The left-hander posted a 3.33 ERA across 27 outings with the Royals in 2023 but also worked to a 5.56 FIP, 5.10 SIERA, and allowed a massive 17.9% BB%, meaning regression was certain moving forward.
