Justin Topa (knee) to open season on IL

Fantasy Impact:
Topa is dealing with tendinitis in the knee sustained when he jammed his foot while backing up home plate. The reliever was part of the trade this offseason that sent Jorge Polanco to Seattle. He should hold a role in the middle innings out of the bullpen for the Twins when he is healthy.
