Alexei Ramirez ends modest hitting streak

Alexei Ramirez's six-game hitting streak was snapped Wednesday. The SS went 0-for-4 in the team's lost to the Red Sox.
Fantasy Impact:
Despite the fact that Ramirez has only gone hitless in six games this month, he's still only posted a .256 batting average in August. He posted solid totals in July, but he seems to be coming back down to Earth in August. Still, he's shown improvement over the last two months compared to his awful start to the season.
