Dean Kremer had a rough outing in Saturday's 11-5 loss to the Brewers.
Fantasy Impact:
He allowed six earned runs on 10 hits and one walk while striking out three over four innings. This performance has certainly not helped his already middling season stats, allowing three or more runs in two of his three starts on the mound for the Orioles. The right-hander will look to turn his early-season struggles around as part of a Baltimore rotation that has left plenty to be desired so far this season for fantasy managers.
