Sano didn't appear in Sunday's series finale against the Red Sox but will hit cleanup and serve as the team's third baseman Monday against the Rays. After sitting out unsigned in the 2023 season, the veteran is hitting .207 without a homer and just one RBI through his first 34 plate appearances with the Angels.
