Fantasy Impact:
Alzolay was placed on the 15-day IL Monday but hadn't undergone all of the testing to determine the extent of the injury until now. While it's unclear exactly how much time he will miss, he will almost certainly be out for more than 15 days. Hector Neris should continue to get most of the save opportunities for the Cubs.
