Andrew Aplin comes up short Friday

Coming in as a late substitution in center field Friday against the Detroit Tigers, Andrew Aplin did not get a hit. He went 0-for-2 with a ground out and a line out. While ticking down slightly, Aplin's average still sits at a very respectable .308 in spring training.
Fantasy Impact:
Aplin has been worked a lot in recent games, which may explain his rust at the plate. A day or two of rest may actually help the young outfielder get some offensive footing back. Fantasy owners can still keep an eye on Aplin, but do not draft him just yet.
