Freddy Galvis homers in wIn over Indians

by Kerry Kauffman | Sat, Apr 30th 11:44pm EDT

The Phillies won their fifth straight game with a 4-3 decision over the Indians on Saturday. Freddy Galvis got the Phillies on the board early with a two-run home run in the first inning. He added another RBI later and finished 2-for-4. The big night for Galvis raised his average to .233 for the season.

Fantasy Impact:

Galvis is slugging a respectable .419 considering his relatively low batting average. Having hit three home runs already, Galvis is on pace to hit 20 for the season. While that may be unrealistic, 10 to 15 home runs would be a good season for the usually light hitting shortstop.
