Gerrit Cole exits start early with injury

Cole left Friday's game in the third inning and has been diagnosed with triceps tightness.
Fantasy Impact:
The Pirates rotation was already struggling so this news is not welcomed. Obviously, it is also not welcomed by fantasy owners. Don't panic yet, but check back for further updates on his status as we know more.
