Pitta offers TD upside and could be near double digit TDs in 2014.

Pitta should return to low TE1 to high TE2 value if he can play a full 16 games and the Ravens can improve the offensive line, so that their offense can move the ball more efficiently.Cook has the talent to be a TE1, but not with QB Sam Bradford throwing him the ball. This whole offense is in stagnant mode until Bradford either takes the next step or the Rams front office finds someone that will.

Pitta suffered a setback in his development with an off-season injury that limited him to four games last season. Quarterback Joe Flacco likes to target Pitta on key passing downs and in the red zone. That connection will continue in 2014 with a top ten fantasy season.Cook is the classic under-performing player. He has the size and athletic ability to produce at a high level, but just cannot put it together for a full season. His role diminished in St. Louis as last season progressed. I would take a wait-and-see approach for Cook this season.
