Tough matchup for hobbled Williams

Deangelo Williams returns to the Panthers lineup as the unquestioned featured back with Tolbert and Stewart out with injury. While it seems Williams will get a heavy workload, it doesn't mean he is a great play. The highest output by a RB this season against the Ravens is Le'Veon Bell with only 59 yards and no TD's.
Fantasy Impact:
While Williams will undoubtedly get heavy touches, his outlook against a stout Ravens run D isn't good. Especially considering he is coming back from a thigh injury. I see Williams as a low end RB2 play this week.
