Patterson barely part of the victory over Atlanta

by Jake Perper | Steelers Correspondent | Sun, Sep 28th 7:54pm EDT

Patterson caught only 2 balls for 38 yards on 4 targets in the 41-28 win over Atlanta on Sunday. His long was 22. He didn't see a target until 3 minutes left in the 2nd quarter.

Fantasy Impact:

3rd-year man Jarius Wright, who had 3 catches coming into today, led all Vikings receivers with 8 grabs for 132 yards. Considering Minnesota totaled 558 yards of total offense, 317 through the air, it doesn't bode well for Patterson's value. He is a big-play guy, who is still clearly learning pure route running in the NFL. He is still a flex/WR3 play moving forward, but his stock is dropping quickly.
