Johnson starts behind Ivory, but finds the end zone against Lions

The New York Jets opted to start Chris Ivory over Chris Johnson in their loss to the Detroit Lions, but the former Tennessee Titan managed to find the end zone late in the third quarter. He also rushed for a total of 44 yards on six carries, and had two receptions for 17 yards, but was largely ineffective on the day. (ESPN)
Fantasy Impact:
Chris Johnson looked to be a surefire starter after the Week 1 opener, but his three games since suggest otherwise. At the moment, he is looking like a flex option - especially after falling behind Chris Ivory in the pecking order. It also appears that any big game Johnson has will rely on him scoring a touchdown, so he will always carry a risk should you start him.
