Vincent Jackson active for Week 10

Fantasy Impact:
The good news for owners is that Jackson will be available to roster against a poor Falcons pass defense. The questionable news is that the Bucs will be going back to Josh McCown as their QB just as V-Jax appeared to be getting comfortable with Mike Glennon. He has a shot to go off against the Falcons, but you should temper your expectations.
