Terrance Williams losing opportunities

by Jacob Harpel | Mon, Dec 1st 7:12pm EST

Cowboys' WR Terrance Williams has seen a rapid decline in production following the second half of the season. After totaling 18 catches for 320 yards and five touchdowns in his first five games, Williams has just 12 catches for 162 yards and one touchdown in his last six games. Coach Jason Garrett commented saying "that some of that has to do with opportunity...the biggest thing for those guys is to stay ready and take advantage of the opportunities when you get them." Fantasy Impact:

As if Williams' situation could get any worse. The number of chances that he is receiving are shrinking by the game. After a pathetic showing of four catches for 38 yards last Thursday, Williams continues his streak of non-production on the field. Even though the Cowboys are facing a failing Chicago defense, fantasy owners should consider Terrance Williams a lost cause for the remainder of the season.
