Dallas admitting that it's lost DeMarco Murray?

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Dallas has conceeded defeat in it's pursuit of DeMarco Murray. Schefter tweeted "Dallas now calling around for other RBs. Cowboys know they've lost DeMarco Murray to the Eagles." (Adam Schefter via Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Murray's ultimate destination has become the leading plot to what has become the hit daytime drama "as the NFL off-season turns", and it seems with 99% assurance that it's going to be Philadelphia. We have seen multiple backs linked to the Eagles that may or may not end up there, so it's not a done deal, but if true this is an absolute coup for the Eagles. Murray becomes possibly the top pick in 2015 fantasy drafts and is a clear-cut RB1.
