Browns interested in Dwayne Bowe

According to Mary Kay Cabot, the Browns are interested in free agent Dwayne Bowe. Bowe was released by the Chiefs last week. (Mary Kay Cabot on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The Browns are clearly still looking to upgrade their receiving corps as a rumor that they are also looking at Stevie Johnson circulated earlier today. Bowe would become the number one receiver in Cleveland by default, but his upside is limited by team's lack of a competent quarterback.
