Browns trading up with Titans for Marcus Mariota?

There are rumors that the Browns are interested in trading their two first round draft picks in the 2015 NFL draft to the Tennessee Titans in order to move up to select Marcus Mariota. (Cleveland Plain Dealer)
Fantasy Impact:
The Browns-Mariota rumors have been floating around for most of the offseason. It is hard to say whether there's any truth to the rumors or not, but current quarterbacks coach Kevin O'Connell personally worked with Mariota earlier in the offseason before being hired by the Browns.
