Chiefs want Alex Smith to be more aggressive with downfield passing

This should be interesting. On the one hand. Smith threw over 35 yards on only four occasions last year. But with the addition of Jeremy Maclin, that may indeed change. It's not like the Chiefs had a deep threat last year. (ESPN)
Fantasy Impact:
Even if Smith changes his DNA and goes deep more often, expect the Chiefs to still rely on the running game. Maclin makes Smith an intriguing option but certainly not your starting QB.
