Cordarrelle Patterson getting second-team reps

He has to improve his route running before he will earn a spot in three-wide sets. He is currently behind Jarius Wright for slot duties. Mike Wallace is locked in as the Z receiver while Charles Johnson is also locked in the X role. (Chris Tomasson on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Patterson can and will improve. It remains to be seen if it will be enough to add him to rosters.
