JImmy Graham catches touchdown in Week 15

Jimmy Graham caught both of his targets for nine yards and a touchdown in a 24-6 win over the Giants in Week 15.
Fantasy Impact:
Graham hauled in a one-yard touchdown pass from Derek Carr in the fourth quarter. The veteran tight end has now caught a touchdown in three straight games and has four scores on the season. He will be a touchdown-or-bust TE3 in Week 16 against the Rams.
