Fantasy Impact:
Brissett returns to New England where he started his career backing up Tom Brady. The Patriots have said they plan to sign a veteran and draft a rookie this offseason. Brissett figures to compete with Bailey Zappe for the starting job for now, and we'll see if they draft a quarterback in April.
