It is no secret that Cousins' ability to hang in the pocket and deliver the ball down field will help Garcon's value going into the season. The Redskins are projected to struggle again this year so they could find themselves in a lot of situations where they would be throwing late to try to make up points which can only provide Garcon with more opportunities to make an impact.
