Philip Rivers will have RT D.J. Fluker (ankle) up front

At home against the Cleveland Browns today, Chargers QB Philip Rivers will have RT D.J. Fluker active on the right side. Fluker missed Week 2 and played through an ankle injury in last Sunday's road loss in Minnesota. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
King Dunlap is San Diego's LT while Orlando Franklin is at LG, Chris Watt is at C and Joe Barksdale is at RG. It's an uninspiring bunch that ranks fifth-worst in sacks allowed (10) and 22nd in YPR (3.8). The Chargers need to open up more holes for their rookie RB Melvin Gordon to have more success offensively.
